Collector Masters 2009-2010

Click on the appropriate attachment for Collectors' Masters which should be used when submitting monthly income schedules.
It is essential the 'Collector Guidance' sheet is read as there have been major changes for the new financial year. To summarise: Cheques and cash must be banked on two separate paying-in slips. This has been requested by the Co-op bank to improve the efficiency of the banking procedure. Both credit amounts should appear separately on the 'Banking' sheet. Collector schedules are to be sent to Collectors@northumberland.gov.uk. Finance4 is now closed and is not to be used. Deadline for schedule submission is the last working day of the month. Failure to meet the deadline may result in: - Monthly budget reports being incomplete, showing an inaccurate financial position. - Banking discrepancies not being identified timely, increasing the chance of non-recovery and loss. - Overall delay in Cash Management bank reconciliation, reducing efficiency and preventing closure of periods.
