The following draft document was emailed to headteachers and chairs of governors of all schools on 17 December 2008.

At the request of the Administration, officers have prepared a review of PLF entitled 'Narrowing the Gap' which is now available in draft form.  However, at this time no decisions have been made or conclusions drawn.

Before it is presented to Council your views and comments are sought on the document to help inform the final version to be produced in the New Year
